| We clean our full
housekeeping units extensively each week. Appliances, fixtures, and supplies are also
clean and in good operating condition. Refrigerators, ranges with ovens, dishes, pots, pans, coffee
pot, microwave, toaster, towels and linens, air conditioning, electric heat, TV/VCR,
picnic tables, and outdoor bbq grills are standard with all units. We provide high chairs,
cribs, and freezer space for your fish. |

each cottage. Guests who exceed the maximum number allowed for any reason will be asked to

Cancellation
Policy & Deposits
In the event of cancellation, your deposit will only be
refunded if your cabin is rerented, less a 10% administrative fee. No refunds for
cancellations received less than 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DAYS YOU RESERVE. DEPOSIT 30% -- Balance due upon arrival. Reservation is confirmed
upon receipt of deposit. Additional deposit required for group rentals. |
| Day guests are welcome at
Sunrise by permission only. Day guests must register at the office upon arrival. There
will be a $10 per guest per day charge for all day guests. |
Boat
Stalls
1 FREE boat stall per cottage. Extra stalls, based upon availability at check in,
are $7 per day and $42 per week. |

Resort. Bed sizes vary from twin to queen. The number of beds per room varies depending on
cottage size. We'll be glad to recommend cottages for you based on your bedroom needs. |

In most of our units living and dining areas combine in
open floor plans. The sofas in all units are also sleepers or futons. Kitchens include
enough storage space for a week's worth of groceries. |
